All materials required to decorate your rock will be provided, including paint, brushes, and rocks. Please note, this program is for adults, but ages 13 and older are welcome. #BPLRocks

Chair Yoga with Colleen Hohl

Join us at the library to improve your flexibility by participating in a chair yoga class. This gentle program is designed for seniors and individuals struggling with mobility.

The class will be taught by Colleen Hohl. She has been practicing yoga for 17 years and is trained in all types and levels of yoga. She received her yoga teacher training at the Asheville Yoga Center.
