Monster Mayhem

Vampires, Werewolves and Zombies, Oh My! School age children can join in some monstrous fun at the library. We will play games, share stories and the Monster Mash! Plenty of monster mayhem will take place. Grades K-8 are invited.

Kids ages 8 through 12 will learn to work together as a group, research, write, act, film, and post a public service announcement to social media sites for the community.

Participants must commit to attending a majority of the 10 sessions. There is a limit of 25 participants, and positions will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Preschool Storytime

Preschool Storytime is an interactive program for children which features stories, fingerplays and songs for youngsters ages 3 to 5 years.  They are engaging programs which share reading and stories in a casual setting that encourages children to enjoy reading for fun, while they also interact with others their own age.  No sign up is required for these sessions.

The Play and Learn program  provides an opportunity for children birth to 5 years old and their parents or caregivers to play with a variety of toys that promote pre-literacy and pre-reading skills. Little ones can learn while they play at the library on Tuesday mornings from 11:00-1200.
