Coloring Club

Psychologists like Carl Jung have recommended coloring as a relaxation technique that can have therapeutic benefits.   Mandalas have long been a familiar and acceptable way for adults to color, but recently there have been an abundance of beautifully rendered coloring books that have become available for adults. 
Bring your coloring books or make a copy from one of the libraries books and we’ll spend a relaxing hour coloring and talking about what we are coloring, what we are reading, and why we enjoy coloring.  You can also just sit quietly and color with us if you choose.  
Each Month we will have a theme that you can join in, or not.  It's up to you.
