Tours of the Local History Room
Tours of the Local History Room are available by appointment. Tours include an overview of the collection, as well as information about the many items on display in the Local History Room.
Local History Outreach Programs
Groups may schedule a program and discussion of Barberton history for a meeting. The Local History Librarian will travel to your site within our service area (which is the Barberton City School District) to conduct the program. You only need to provide a screen, a table for the projector, an extension cord, and electrical plug. Programs are generally 45-60 minutes long, but most can be shortened for time constraints. List of available programs.
To schedule a tour or a program, please contact the Local History Room by email or telephone the Reference Department at 330-745-1194.
