Volunteer at the Library
Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the Library! Our volunteer program is designed to expand and enhance public service in the community. Library volunteers play an important role as partners in the Library’s mission of connecting community members to information, culture, and ideas.

Volunteers generally provide support services to staff and/or work on special projects.

Guidelines to Volunteer at the Library
If you would like to volunteer at the Library, complete a volunteer application. If a volunteer opportunity exists, the appropriate department will review your application and get back to you. Since volunteers represent the Library, volunteers must adhere to Library policies and standards of behavior.

Here are some other guidelines our volunteers must abide by:
- Age 13 or older
- Able to commit to an ongoing schedule ( weekly or monthly)
- Able to pass a criminal background check (age 18+)

If you are interested in volunteering, please review the Volunteer Policy, complete the appropriate volunteer application below, and return it to the Library during regular business hours. The Library has separate applications for teen and adult volunteers. If you are under 18, please fill out the teen applications below.
